Located just a few minutes walk from the beach and a good variety of bars, restaurants, shopping facilities and other local amenities, they are a great choice for couples, solo travelers and young families alike.

The villas have only recently finished completion so all the furnishings are brand new. Each villa is ‘studio-style’, but this doesn’t mean small by any means! The villas are open plan and comprise of the bedroom, kitchen, living room and dining room area along with an en-suite bathroom and balcony with terrific views. They are all air conditioned and have hot water.

Large studio-style villas offer well-priced mid-long stay accommodation

Kantiang Thai Villas have no housekeeping so any cleaning or laundry should be undertaken by guests, however they will provide you with clean sheets and towels on arrival. Electricity is to be paid by guests, the charge is 7 Thai Baht per unit.

Kitchen & dining facilities allow greater flexibility during your stay

Kantiang Thai Villas can be rented daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
